- Coconut Grated - 1 cup
- Green chilies - 4
- Ginger - 1/4 inch piece
- Curry leaves - few
- Roasted gram - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
For seasoning:
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Red chili -1
- Oil - 1 tsp
Cooking Procedure:
- Grind all the ingredients together with enough water.
- Season mustard seeds, urad dal and chilies in oil and add to the chutney.
